Where is SueCanDo?

SueCanDo is sitting in "storage" in Spring, TX. Not receiving the best news when I wanted to sell her on consignment at PPL Motor Homes (they wanted me to list it for less than half what I paid just a year ago), I decided to take her to storage for 90 days and think about next steps.
So I brought a small trailer (which UHaul now says received a citation while I was pulling it???) filled with her stuff and a few things from Arkansas storage over here to Mesa. Taking a vacation from the perils of being on the road, having mechanical breakdowns, unable to get into some of the places I wanted to see ("too large", "rig too old", "dog breed not allowed"), I think taking a break and line dancing here at Good Life resort was the best option.
We often don't make great decisions when we are forced to make one NOW! So... practicing my mindfulness, thought I would just practice "no", "not now"!
Going on the road, while many are envious, think I am courageous or have told me I inspire them, is NOT all that fancy. You have the same issues you have if you drive, own a home or any other mechanical toys. Things break. Plans change. Costs are higher than expected or planned. I am not complaining, I only want you to be informed. When you purchase something that might break, ask yourself "who will fix it?" I had gotten pretty good at fixing my home when things would break. I kept my truck in good shape so it wouldn't break. Even my motorcycles, Miata and tractor were all in excellent working order. However, I have tested my resolve with a diesel-pusher, 20 yrs old, carrying a tin home on its carriage.
There are still places I want to see, just not sure I have the stamina to do it again in 38 ft pulling a pick-up behind me. I think a small van, or a tent may be just what I need next season. But for now.... we line dance! Yesterday was more than 4 hours of it! And then another hour of "core balance" which showed my muscles have atrophied living in a tin can! LOL
So SueCanDo is safe. Assuming the Houston weather will be kind to her, no big decisions are needed until Feb 8 when rent is due on her storage! Ya'll take care, have a wonderful Thanksgiving and be thankful for still being here, being able to plan your own adventures and explorations!
